We can tailormake your day and your menu’s according to your own precise requirements and a dedicated events co ordinator will offer you every assistance with planning the fundamental details and timings of your day.

A wide range of menu options are available and we will help you to choose a menu and a style of service which will compliment your wedding setting and match the formality of the occasion which can be as formal or as informal as you wish. Choose from individually plated, buffet style, family style or carvery options for every menu. In addition to helping you source the perfect venue and wedding package our company is also fully licensed and we are delighted to offer our customers the benefit of our fully stocked mobile bar facilities for your guests to enjoy after dinner. We also offer an extensive wine list and a variety of drinks packages and cocktails on request.

For every sample menu there is a “food only” option for those who have already organised such details as crockery and linen and there are “package” options which include all the crockery, glassware, linen and staff. The package option is designed to make the organisation of your special day as simple and as carefree as possible, helping you to budget and avoiding any hidden costs. Upgrades are available on request to silver cutlery, crystal glasses and the finest crushed silk linen packages which our team will be happy to advise you on.

After your menu choice has been narrowed down you will be invited to a menu tasting where you will get to sample some of the finest locally sourced Scottish ingredients. We like to work with seasonal produce and our chefs will advise you on what is seasonal for your chosen wedding date. At this stage we will also offer you complimentary bottles of wine and champagne to sample during your tasting.
